NORTH AMERICAN LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Alora Bedding mattress and matching foundation have been engineered to work together to provide the best sleep system. When purchased as a set, the mattress and foundation warranty is valid for the number of years shown on the warranty guide or as directed by the retailer.

Warranty Coverage

1. Should your mattress be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, your Alora Bedding sleep product will be repaired or replaced without charge during the initial warranty period (subject to the limitations stated herein).
   Slight body impressions may form due to normal nesting and conforming of cushioning materials. Impressions less than 1½ inches are not considered structural defects. After repair or replacement, a prorated charge based on the current manufacturer’s suggested retail price and years of use will apply.

2. Warranty is not applicable if the foundation is not properly supported by an additional center rail with leg support on queen or king sizes.

3. Warranty does not apply if the mattress or foundation is abused, damaged, burned, soiled, or found in unsanitary condition. Border wires bent due to moving are also excluded.

4. Use of an improper foundation may result in product damage and is not covered under this warranty. Use of a genuine Alora Bedding foundation is highly recommended.

5. Warranty shall not apply if the law tag is removed.

6. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of Alora Bedding products.

7. Mattress fabric is excluded from this Limited Warranty due to the nature of the product.

8. All transportation costs are not covered under this warranty.

9. Service and handling charges may apply.

10. In the event of a defect, contact your authorized retailer with proof of purchase or write directly to Alora Bedding.

11. Original purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims.

12. Softness of the mattress and personal comfort preference are not considered warranty issues.

Mattress Care & Usage Guidelines

• Rotate your mattress regularly to ensure leveled contour comfort.
• Body impressions are a normal indicator of proper contouring and performance.
• Compression of upholstery materials is not a structural defect but part of normal mattress performance.
• For two-sided mattresses, turn end-to-end and flip occasionally during the first three months, then every six months thereafter.
• Always use a genuine Alora Bedding foundation for proper support.
• Queen and King size beds require a metal frame with center support.
• Never bend or fold your mattress unless it is a foldable King model.
• Keep your mattress clean. A mattress pad is recommended, especially for children.
